Payed my Bill but connot access my website

I have passed my payment period, so my server is inaccessible (server error) so I payed and all good (all the payment notifications disappeared )but still my website is inaccessible

please solve me this problem, I need to use it

Please go ahead and redeploy them from the removed deployments 3-dot menu.

I redeployed and it passed successfully thank you, but I lost all my data ??? there is no database can I restore my data?
