Investigating
We are still investigating the root cause of degraded build performance. Hobby and Trial builds are currently deprioritized to preserve capacity for paid plans. To clarify early report, Pro users can be seeing delayed deployments due to the underlying issue.
We will update once we have more information.
Why am I queued everyday? I pay like 200$ by month on multiple acc..

I am a PRO user and my site is down on top of these build issues. Not sure yet if its because the crash happened in the middle of a build.... I can understand build issues etc. but the backends being down for operational sites is a bridge too far.
