hi i want to pay for the hobby plan with credits but the option is not made available to me. And when i use my card it just tells me tha card has been declined. So i dont know if railway has stopped users from paying with credits

Could you please make sure you have sufficient credits to cover the Hobby plan fee? If the credit card is being declined, you can also check with your bank or you could try a different payment method.
