Hello! I made the payment for the platform, but it still shows the message of Trial Expired, however the payment was very successful, because the receipts are already in my email and in my bank history. But the platform didn’t release the services, and I need to put my database online right now.

Your workspace subscription is currently in an inactive state, which is why services are paused despite your payments being successful. This can happen when a previous payment was missed and the subscription was automatically cancelled; paying the overdue invoice clears the balance but does not reactivate the plan. To restore your services, please resubscribe from your workspace billing settings.
