im using the card from pakistan to upgrade my subscription and it says unknown issue while processing payments
secondly, there is only card number, valid date and cvv.. no name or billing address
andyou are asking me to contact financial institution even though i just purchased some equipment using same card from amazon..

Your bank is declining your payments, not Railway. Please try a different payment method, or you can contact your issuing bank.
