Hello ,
I’m trying to subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month). My card was charged $5 (Receipt #2822-5912, Invoice R1EPUMCI-0003, paid March 15, 2026), but my workspace is still on Trial and the Hobby plan is not activated.
When I click “Subscribe to Hobby Plan”, Railway shows the error: “Prepaid cards can’t be used for subscriptions. Please use a credit card.”
Because of this, I can’t activate the plan, but the $5 charge already happened.
Could you please either:
1. refund the $5 charge, or
2. apply it as account credit, or
3. advise how to activate the Hobby plan with this payment?

Unfortunately, we don't support certain types of prepaid cards for fraud & abuse reasons. Please use a credit card.
