Hello,
I have successfully paid $5 to top up my Railway account, but my account balance has not been updated.
The payment was completed successfully, and I have the payment receipt and confirmation available. I can provide them upon request or attach them to this ticket.
Could you please check the status of my payment and credit the funds to my account?

Our records show that the most recent $5 payment attempt on June 21 was not completed - the payment was canceled and no funds were captured, and the associated invoice was voided. Your card was not charged for this attempt. Your subscription is currently inactive, so you'll need to resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to reactivate your Hobby plan.

However, I believe there is a mistake. I have attached the official Railway receipt showing that the payment was successfully completed, not canceled.
Specifically:
Invoice Number: 8D7CELUG-0005
Receipt Number: 2522-9949
Amount Paid: $5.00 USD
Payment Date: June 21, 2026
The receipt explicitly states that $5.00 was paid, and the payment method (Visa ending in 8104) is listed in the payment history.
Could you please manually verify this transaction with your billing provider? If the payment was captured successfully, please either reactivate my Hobby plan or explain why the payment is shown as completed in the receipt while your system reports that it was canceled.

I believe the automated response is incorrect.
The attached receipt issued by Railway explicitly states:
Receipt Number: 2522-9949
Invoice Number: 8D7CELUG-0005
Date Paid: June 21, 2026
Amount Paid: $5.00 USD
This appears to indicate that the payment was successfully processed. Could a member of the billing team please manually verify this transaction and explain why the receipt says the payment was paid while the system reports that no funds were captured?
If necessary, I can also provide my bank transaction or card statement showing the charge.
