I use a Mastercard. At first, I tried to subscribe to the Hobby plan, and my card was successfully verified — my bank balance even decreased by 1 dollar for verification.
However, as you can see in the image, an error appeared. I then clicked the “Pay Invoice” button, which redirected me to another page showing a bill of US$0.51 with invoice number #RPOXHCJY-0002.
But when I tried to pay, my card was instantly declined, even though it had already been verified before.
I also received an email from Stripe (Railway Corporation) saying this:
"$0.51 payment to Railway Corporation was unsuccessful
We attempted to charge your Mastercard ending in (my 4-digit card number) for your Railway Corporation subscription again, but were unsuccessful. Please update your billing information to continue your subscription."
However, my card should be working properly — I’m also subscribed to Windsurf pro using the same card, and that subscription works perfectly fine.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I'm sorry but we cannot help with your card declining, you will need to contact your card issuer for assistance with that.
