I'm getting payment verification failure for my credit card. I set this same credit card in other apps and it works fine. What could it be?

There is nothing wrong with the credit card or bank. I used it for a Notion subscription just now.

The first time I entered the new card it opens a bank popup to ask the OTP and reject the card. But now, when I try to change the payment method or pay the actual billing, it just throws the error.
