I'm trying to renew my subscription to my hobby plan but it keeps rejecting my card, just says "your card was declined" but this was the card ive used all these months to pay and i even used it this morning to pay an outstanding invoice i was owing. At first it was saying "prepaid card can only be used to purchase credits", now it opens an external VISA card otp page and sends an OTP but when i enter and confirm the OTP it just outright declines the card

you are trying to use a prepaid card?
i dont know its a virtual dollar card, its what ive been using for railway and other apps including icloud and apple music and even shein and ali express

they have a lot of prepaid cards disabled as part of their fraud prevention, there's unfortunately not much Railway can do to help here, please use a real credit card.
and i cant get a real credit card because i do not live in the US thats why i use my virtual dollar card that has been working up until now

credit cards are not limited to the US, I'm not sure where you got that information from, either way I'm sorry but there's nothing railway can do here.
if its been disabled why were they able to charge it this morning when i was paying my outstanding to railway? i paid the outstanding and i tried renewing the subscription in matter of minutes possibly seconds and suddenly its not working?
