Payment Issue - Card Declined After Following Previous Support Advice

Hello Railway Support Team,

I'm experiencing a critical payment issue that has resulted in all my projects going offline.

Previously, I was unable to use my card for payment and was required to purchase credits instead. I saw advice in one of your support threads recommending that users with card payment issues should opt out and then opt back in to resolve the problem. Following this advice, I cancelled my subscription and attempted to opt back in.

While my card was successfully charged for a pending invoice I had, it's now being declined for the new subscription. As a result, all my projects are currently down.

I need urgent assistance to:

1. Resolve the card payment issue

2. Restore my projects as soon as possible

Please advise on how to proceed or what information you need from me to resolve this matter quickly.

Heya can you clarify "being declined for the new subscription" ? are you able to go through the payment flow to get back to the hobby plan ?

No, I cannot go through the payment flow. I am able to fill the card form but upon clicking pay button I get "your card has been declined", yet i was able to clear the pending bill.

The current billing is saying "Payment failed because of insufficient funds" with your current payment. The invoice looks like it is in a good state, so you should be able to go through the regular flow to subscribe to Hobby again. Can you try again for me?
