I received a new Visa credit card replacing an expired one. Updated my railway billing info, and it kept getting declined. Contacted the card provider, and they say that railway is sending a bad CVV. I have verified that I am entering the correct CVV, and I'm able to use the card elsewhere (twitch, applePay). The card support agent thinks that railway is sending the old card's CVV.

This is what we have from Stripe on our side -
Railway isn't sending the wrong CVV, all payments on the platform are handled exclusively by Stripe, and I can't imagine that's something Stripe would ever get wrong on their end.
Could you try to input your card again, if it's still not working, I would have to ask you to try a different card or get in contact with your bank again as there's nothing we can do from our side here unfortunately.
