i tried using prepaid card it didnt work (u dont accept ok) but , then i tried using my friends card(ps he is in kuwait rn i think he said he tried using his eta card it didnt worked ( he mentioned it said not avaiable for this merchant **) (fyi ->that card has been used to buy all sort of premium from utube to spotify ) but didnt work here why ?

Is this due to region that i am in and trying to acess or ? or what ?

Please clarify in this thread so that if it doesnot work here i can move onto next ?
