im in kenya tryingg to make payment using ATM card but getting an error that the card number is incorrect but it is correct. what could be the issue

What is an ATM card? as far as I know Railway only accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Amex.

I am from Nigeria trying to make payment using ATM card but having the same issues an I have master care, visa. it keep rejecting them and I use the same atm on another platform and they all works
