Im in kenya trying to make payment using visa but getting an error that the card number is incorrect but it is correct. what could be the issue

Hey Brooke,
We don't accept prepaid cards, only regular credit cards.
It looks like your credit card is attempting to hold $1 (we do this for fraud purposes) and is unable to, which leads me to believe that it might be a prepaid credit card.
