Payment issue with Visa card

I finished my trial and am now trying to get the $5 Hobby Plan.
I entered my prepaid card information and confirmed.
I noticed that $2 was charged instead of $5. I thought it was a mistake, so I confirmed it again, and another $2 was charged, for a total of $4. My Hobby Plan wasn't activated, and I haven't been refunded the $4. I don't understand!

We do not support prepaid cards.
The charges you saw were validation charges, they will be automatically returned shortly.
