It looks like you started a trail of the hobby plan which just means that you wont be charged for this month.

As long as you don't plan on using more than $5 in usage you should be fine.

Railway does a $1 payment (which is refunded) to check that the card works, so you will either need to wait until the $1 is refunded or add another $1 into the card so that the actual subscription payment can go through.
