Okay understood but that old payment also must work for a month , it's billing cycle was from 1st March to 31st March 2026. It must be running

That's a fair point, since the payment covered the March billing cycle, I understand the expectation that it should be active through the end of the month.
Unfortunately, once an account is cancelled for non-payment, paying the outstanding invoice only clears the balance but doesn't automatically restart the subscription. I know that's frustrating, especially when you've already paid.
If you head to your Plans page and re-subscribe, you'll be back up and running. If you run into any issues loading that page, let us know and we'll help sort it out.

But what's that policy? There was an issue with the card, I sorted that first.. paid the invoice for the month of March, the payment was due of March only the service was started in February and it's payment was on time, and it will not run for March though? Where is that money gone? Even I had paid the decline fees and other charges also. Kindly upgrade my plan to hobby for the month of March. I'll renew in April on time.
According to your policy, due to one late payment I'll have to pay 3 times in 2 months to keep my service running? When you already downgraded the account when the invoice was not paid? Then at least run it till March
It's a genuine concern, what policy you are bringing in, it has no positive concern towards user

Where the money went i paid on 21st march, I paid 5 dollars. Cancelled ? then refund my payment. Fucking idiots
Why would i pay 3 times in 2 months duration, i came to railway in february, paid on time, in march it got delayed but paid then it must work why it's not reflecting you guys eate my 5 dollars.
I need my subscription running in march

But when payment done for that same month you are asking me to pay again? Dude please see this is wrong.

No right, if you didn't pay the wifi subscription status changes to inactive and the day you pay the payment it becomes active.
