Some of our customers have reported performance issues and slow response times in our services.
We reviewed the application and did not identify any issues on our side. However, after further validation, we confirmed that the system is indeed experiencing significant slowness. We observed performance degradation yesterday (July 2) and again today (July 3) during part of the day.
We would appreciate an update regarding the infrastructure, as the current level of performance is not what we would expect based on the plan and configuration we have selected.

There was an incident yesterday that led to elevated latency. You can try redeploying your service and see if it resolves the issue.

The service is still extremely slow and it is currently impossible for us to work properly.
We have several customers actively complaining, and this ongoing performance issue is causing financial losses to our business.
Could you please provide an update on the infrastructure status and an estimated time for full normalization? This situation is becoming critical for our operation.
