I have a group of 6 engineers who are using Railway and we have PR environments enabled which we run e2e tests against among other things.
All developers have their GitHub accounts linked and can merge but only 4-6 seem to have PR environments build. There is nothing different from developer to developer that I can identify. They are almost all invited as read-only to the project. I am the only one in the workspace. One has edit rights to the project.
The ability to make PR environments seem random!

Heya, could you share the railway/github usernames of the developers who's PRs do not go through?
