Persistent 502 Errors

I continue to get 502 errors multiple times per day. I was negatively impacted by your outage a few weeks ago and the service has not been the same sense that. At least 3-4 times a day I am getting these 502 errors for no explained reason. They self resolve within 30 minutes then come back again.

I continue to experience 502 errors multiple times per day. A few weeks ago, I was negatively impacted by a service outage, and since then the platform's reliability has noticeably declined.

Currently, I encounter 502 errors approximately 3–4 times each day without any clear explanation. The errors usually resolve themselves after 20–30 minutes, but then reappear later. This recurring issue is significantly affecting my ability to use the service reliably.

Could you please investigate the root cause of these repeated 502 errors and provide any information on ongoing issues, mitigation steps, or a timeline for a permanent resolution
