This started happening today. Everything was fine about 10 hours ago
steps I take:
1- railway login
2- railway init
3-railway up
I consistently keep getting timeout errors.
the project is a single index.html file. size is 40KB only
Is this a temporary issue? Will it be fixed soon hopefully?
NOTE: My latest project wasn't showing up to link below so I chose on of the latest one's which I recently deleted. actual project name is journey10kstatic

It was my mistake. Sorry about this. I was in the wrong folder. silly me
