Pg sql migration from us to eu stuck

I wanted to change my database region to eu and its stuck on the migration for almost two hours for now.

I dont have a backup for this database and starting getting worried.

Also the deployment is stuck on “creating containers”.

Is there a way to cancel the migration so i will be able to do it later more calmly?

This was due to a demand spike that we have since resolved, apologies for the poor experience. We have since resolved this issue.
