I recently received a notice that phpMyAdmin crashed. I have had my app running for ~4 months with no changes. I tried restarting the service but phpMyAdmin continues to crash.
I tried updating phpMyAdmin on staging and the crash still happens. Error logs show the following:
AH00534: apache2: Configuration error: More than one MPM loaded.
My configuration relied on the the default docker configs so Im not sure why this would start out of nowhere.
I also tried changing the build step to use Railway Metal but still no
Any recommendations?

As an update, instead of restarting phpMyAdmin, I tried a redeploy and that appears to have resolved the issue. However, I am still curious how this could happen without any changes from my end.
