I recently purchased a Hobby plan and was charged $10. However, I'm currently back on the free trial plan.

I've reviewed my billing history and can see the payment, but I'm unable to locate any usage discounts. Could you please clarify where I can view my remaining credits or any discounts applied to my usage? Do I need to make an additional payment, or is there a technical issue preventing me from seeing my credit history?

Hello,

The Hobby plan is a monthly subscription.

  1. You loaded $10 in credits on Oct 4th.

  2. On Oct 4th you where charged $5 for the subscription.

  3. On November 4th you where charged $5 for the subscription.

This leaves you with $0 and thus your plan was canceled because there is no more credits left.
