Plan problem and db gone

Hello, I've downgraded my plan from PRO to Hobby around 2 weeks ago, now when I've checked my app I can't access, I checked the dashboard and was showing my trail expired but I don't remember selecting any trial, I've upgraded again on Hobby plan subscription and I don't see anymore my db in my project dashboard

It's extremely unlikely that your app was hacked. Why do you think it was? If a service is missing from your project, it is very unlikely that the platform is responsible.

Problem solved, I've seen suspect logs but it endup were just bots

In your original message you say you upgraded again to redeploy your services. Is it possible that you just stopped your pro subscription without re-upgrading to hobby initially?

They downgraded to hobby from pro, were charged for both (potentially?) and was downgraded to trial

Hoping y'all can take a look into why that could be, as well as why they didn't receive any emails

they where refunded the difference in credits


Our records did show that they canceled, so it was likely that it went out of plan for a tiny bit until the redeployment. Can you confirm that everything is back?
