No ETA, sorry.
This would happen when we are on metal with the V3 runtime.

More or less can you tell when it will be implemented, before the end of 2025 or definitely after?

We hope to have metal and runtime v3 out long before the end of 2025, so with that said, I can't see any blockers for that timeline.
Would you also mind sharing your use case?
