I tried using my Nigerian mastercard and visa card to upgrade my plan to hobby but it failed
Which other method can i use? or which nigerian card does it support?

Mastercard does work!
The issue here is that your bank declined the transaction, you would need to contact them as this isn't something we can help with on our side.
