Hello!
I am contacting you regarding my subscription and the unpaid invoices on my account.
I have not actually used Railway’s services during the last two months and was under the impression that I was being charged according to my regular plan of approximately $5 per month, without any additional charges exceeding that amount.
I had also previously disabled the option related to additional usage/spending, so I did not expect any additional charges or invoices significantly higher than my regular monthly payment.
I have now noticed that there are unpaid invoices on my account, and Railway continues to attempt to charge my bank card. At the moment, I am unable to pay these invoices, and I do not want to continue using a paid plan or renew my subscription.
I kindly ask you to:
- Fully cancel my subscription and make sure it does not renew.
- Stop any further automatic attempts to charge my card.
- Remove my saved payment method from my account, if possible.
- Please review the charges from the last two months, as I have barely used Railway during this period and did not expect these additional charges.
I understand that there is currently an outstanding balance on my account, but I do not want to continue using the service and would like to completely close my paid subscription.
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Thank you.

Your subscription is already cancelled and no further invoices will be generated. There are two open invoices remaining on the account: $23.45 for the July 14 - August 14 period and $1.66 for the August 14 - August 30 period, both reflecting actual compute usage (primarily memory) during those periods. Because these invoices cover resources that ran, they remain collectible, and payment retries will continue until they are resolved. Your saved payment method cannot be removed while open invoices exist on the account. You can settle them from your workspace billing page, which will also allow you to remove the card afterward.
