Hey! So sorry about that. Didn't mean to close it out on you (normally you can just reopen). I've bubbled that up to the team
In the meantime what you'll want to do is:
Create a new service from GitHub pointing to the same repo
Go to the service settings and change "Start Command" to your rake command
Search for "cron" and then add a cron schedule to run it every week
