Today, we have error logs saying:
Can't reach database server at SUBDOMAIN.proxy.rlwy.net:SOME_PORT
and neither other environments. I make requests with NextJS and Prisma, but as of 1 hour, they can't reach my databases.

this was related to some issues, which were resolved already mentioned here.
