Hello Railway team. My free trial expired and my service is now in Limited Access. My project is Discord.gg-bot, environment is production, and the service has an attached Volume. The Backups tab says there are no backups. I need to recover the existing JSON save files from the current attached Volume, specifically "data.json" and, if present, "rng-data.json". These contain Discord bot user data and are not in my GitHub repository. Please do not delete, detach, replace, reinitialize, restore, or overwrite the existing Volume or service. I am only requesting confirmation that the current Volume will be preserved and, if possible, a read-only export or a way to download those two files without deploying a replacement service.

Your volume is still attached to the service with its data intact (roughly 201 MB on disk), so nothing has been lost. We are not able to provide read-only access or file exports from stopped accounts, but the path forward is straightforward: subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month, includes $5 of usage) from your workspace billing page, which will bring your service back online so you can access the files on the volume yourself.
