Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above. Your workspace is on the Hobby plan, which does not support SMTP. You can either upgrade to the Pro plan to use SMTP, or use a transactional email service with an HTTPS API (such as Resend, SendGrid, or Mailgun) which works on all plans.
