Hi! My Railway trial ended and now my Postgres database is paused. I can’t export or dump my data, and I’m unable to upgrade or pay for a plan.
Is it possible to temporarily unlock or activate my Postgres instance just long enough to export my data?
I only need read-only access for a few minutes. Thank you!

Hey, please upgrade to the free plan at https://railway.com/workspace/plans and redeploy your database to gain access to it.
I’m unable to downgrade to the free plan because it says
“Cannot create a new subscription with unpaid invoices.”
I can’t pay anything right now. Could you please remove the unpaid invoice
or place my workspace into the free tier manually so I can retrieve my data?
I only need temporary access to export my Postgres database. Thank you!

You’ll need to pay your unpaid invoice to downgrade. What’s stopping you?
