We urgently need help recovering application data from a persistent volume to its state immediately before approximately 17:30 on October 28, 2026 (America/Mexico_City). The active data file was accidentally replaced, and the visible Railway Backups page has no usable snapshot. This request is being submitted while authenticated as the Workspace Owner. Please contact us privately so we can provide the project, service, volume, and deployment identifiers without exposing them publicly. We do not authorize any overwrite of the current volume; we are requesting a separate snapshot, clone, or downloadable copy for verification first.

Automatic snapshots, WAL recovery, and PITR aren't available to restore your data unless you've enabled them on the service, and we don't recover data lost to user-initiated actions such as an overwritten file. That also means we don't provide a separate snapshot, clone, read-only copy, or downloadable copy of the volume's earlier state, so you don't need to share the project, service, volume, or deployment identifiers here, and nothing is being done to your current volume.

Volume backups and point-in-time recovery are both native Railway features on Pro. Going forward, enable volume backups on your stateful services so you can self-restore if this happens again.
