PostgreSQL service has SSL EOF errors on every connection attempt and extremely slow disk I/O (checkpoints taking 130-183 seconds instead of 2-3 seconds). Cannot connect from any client
Any ideas why it happens?

I thin the safest bet might be to wait, the host is recovering and your data is on it
