I launched a post gis database and a nest js server. I changed the server region to Europe, but when I try to change the region in PostGis I get this

Replication is not available for services that have a cron schedule or a volume attached.

I can only select one region and it is US, West (Oregon).

Since I don't understand what the problem is, I ask for help in explaining this
