Your PostGIS service stopped responding during the platform-wide service disruption that occurred between 02:25 UTC and 07:57 UTC on May 20. The only log we see is the volume mount at 04:57 UTC with no PostgreSQL startup after that. The incident is now resolved, so triggering a redeploy from the service's Deployments tab (three-dot menu on the latest deployment) should bring PostgreSQL back online.
