When I open the "PostgresDB" node and click on Data tab, it stays stuck in "Database Connection", even after re-deploying. I also can't connect from other internal services.....

Forget about this, having to post in a forum for support is ridiculous for a paid service.

We offer personal support on Slack for Pro users, but Hobby users would only be eligible for community support for questions that don't pertain to issues with the platform.

If you don't want to lose data create a backup and restore it to the new one
