Hello!
I currently have a postGIS service running and I'm unable to setup HA due to it not being the official postgres image. I'm about to ship to production and was hoping to get HA but I noticed it's not possible to add postGIS as a plugin for a postgres service.
Is this limitation from the postgres image itself or from railways configurations? Is there a way to get HA with a postGIS service/container?

This comes from our side. Postgres HA only works with our official Postgres image, and PostGIS isn't installed in that image, so you can't add it to a managed Postgres or HA cluster. Custom images, PostGIS ones included, can't be converted to HA.
Right now PostGIS only runs as a single-node deployment, using the PostGIS or TimescaleDB + PostGIS templates, and neither can be converted to HA. PostGIS support for HA isn't in our immediate plans.
