PostgreSQL crashed due to 1GB volume limit — urgent volume upgrade needed (Pro plan)

Hi Railway team,

I’m on the Pro plan, and my PostgreSQL service crashed because it hit the 1GB volume limit.

Here are the key points:

• The database contains critical n8n workflows — losing them is not an option.

• My overall project usage is far below the 32GB limit included in the Pro plan, but the database volume is hard-capped at 1GB, and there’s no option in the UI to increase it manually.

• The database won’t start, and I can’t access it to make a backup.

I urgently need one of the following:

1. Increase the volume size for the existing PostgreSQL instance so it can start again, or

2. Temporarily restore access so I can export all workflows.

Please help as soon as possible — this is extremely critical.

Thank you in advance 🙏

You can grow the volume by clicking on the volume, going to settings, and then clicking on the grow option
