We started using railway with Strapi + PosgreSQL template, but after trial both strapi and postgresql went off. Later I upgraded to hobby, both instances are on, but the database is empty. We didn't execute any query in the database.
How the data there got deleted ? Was it intentionally done by Railway if trial period ended ?
How can I be sure that this won't happen again, as we did no database operation to flush all data.

Hi there, we don't delete any volume data. Why do you think it was deleted?

Because the tables in the db are empty, only schema is there. Is there any way to check the logs for db? or do you have an internal backup you don’t expose to the users?

No data loss from our end. I can assure that. We didn't delete any data. Please check on your end if any query or mistake wiped out your data.
For next time, please schedule backups on your database.
