The PostgreSQL database supporting my application is down. No amount of re-deploy / restart helps in any way. Actually. "redeploy" completely stalls and never get passed "creating containers" step. Any idea?

stopped by to see if others were having similar issues. i was having a similar issue with a container that had a volume. eventually got an email that there was a hardware failure. things are back for me now as well.

fixed it by changing my bouncer PORT variable from 8080 to 5432
