Hello,
My PostgreSQL database on this project was working normally, and from one day to the next, all the data disappeared — the tables were emptied without me having made any manual change, deletion, or deploy that would explain it.
There was no action on my part (neither in the application code nor in the dashboard) that would explain this data loss. I’m asking that you check the project’s activity log/history to identify what caused this deletion.
Given this, I’m requesting:
An investigation into what happened to the database service on this project;
Restoration of the data from the most recent available backup prior to the loss, if one exists;
Confirmation that this won’t happen again.
I’d appreciate a response as soon as possible, since this is directly affecting my production site.
Thank you.

Was the entire volume wiped or just the tables/database?
Either way, railway can't really help you since it was a user-initiated action and it's your responsibility to set up backups & preventative measures.

is not a user initiated because i verify my code and no have any chance i delete the rows of my db and my backup is null on painel??

Nothing on our end has deleted your database, so Macaroni is correct. We unfortunately are not able to assist here.
So how did everything disappear? I didn't run any migrations, I'm the only one with access, I wasn't even near the code when it happened, and there's nothing in the logs—explain that to me.
and to finish is not connect??? before i send this mensage on discord

Can you try connecting to the database with a DB client (eg, Datagrip)?
