Hi Railway support,
I can’t connect to my PostgreSQL database using the public URL.
Public URL:
postgresql://postgis_admin:@crossover.proxy.rlwy.net:51727/postgis_db
The port is reachable from my machine:
TcpTestSucceeded: True
But PostgreSQL connection fails with:
server closed the connection unexpectedly
Can you check if the public TCP proxy crossover.proxy.rlwy.net:51727 is working and if this is still the correct public endpoint?

Your PostGIS service shows as running, but this "server closed the connection unexpectedly" error with a reachable port is a known pattern that can occur after internal networking changes. Redeploying the database service from its service settings should resolve the connection issue.
