We are experiencing the exact same issue described in this resolved thread:

Postgres volume was resized (now 5GB in dashboard), but the filesystem inside the mounted volume was never expanded.

PostgreSQL is stuck in recovery crash loop with:

FATAL: could not write to file "pg_wal/xlogtemp.30": No space left on device

The database contains critical production data.

Could the platform team please apply the filesystem resize to the mounted volume and redeploy the service?

This appears identical to the previously resolved case where the resize had not been applied at the filesystem level.
