PostgreSQL Volume I/O Failure – Database Unreadable

Hello Railway Support,

Our managed PostgreSQL instance on one of our projects is down and failing with:

FATAL: could not open file "global/pg_filenode.map": Input/output error

PostgreSQL cannot read core system files, which appears to indicate a persistent volume/storage-level I/O failure.

We do not have external backups. Please assist.
