PostgreSQL volume increase after VACUUM.

Our TimescaleDB database shows 1.4GB actual size (pg_database_size), but the volume reports 17GB usage.

We recently cleaned up a large table (from 265MB to 152KB) and ran VACUUM FULL, but the volume size increased instead of decreasing.

Can you help reclaim the disk space at the OS/volume level? Perhaps pg_repack or cleaning up WAL files?"

Memory also spiked afeter VACUUM and since we're charged per GB used, that concerns me quite a lot.
