My PostgreSQL database crashed during a bulk insert (disk full on 500MB volume).
I've resized the volume to 10GB and attempted backup restore, but PostgreSQL keeps crashing with "could not write to file
pg_wal/xlogtemp.30: No space left on device" during WAL recovery.
Project: shiryolog (production)
Service: Postgres
The volume resize doesn't seem to take effect on the filesystem.
Backup restore has been stuck for over an hour.
Could you help recover the database or reset the WAL files?

1. Could you provide a download link for the backup "Online resize to 5000MB" (488MB)? I've downgraded to Hobby and can no longer access
the Restore button, but this backup contains critical business data I need to migrate.
2. I'm also requesting a billing adjustment for invoice #GUG2COEE-0002. I upgraded to Pro on April 11 and downgraded back to Hobby on
April 12 (~12 hours of Pro usage), but was charged $8.61 for 13 days of Pro. The upgrade was solely to attempt a database restore due to
the crash described in this ticket. Please adjust the charge to reflect actual usage.

I've resolved the disk space issue with your Postgres database. The volume resize you requested wasn't fully applied, which caused the "No space left on device" errors during WAL recovery. I've corrected this and redeployed your database service. It should now be running normally with approximately 4.6 GB of available disk space.
Regarding your requests:
Backup access: Unfortunately, Railway doesn't provide download links for volume backups. Backups can only be restored to a volume through the dashboard. To access the Restore button, you would need to be on the Pro plan. The good news is that your backup has no expiration date, so it will remain available if you decide to upgrade later.
Billing: Looking at your invoices, when you downgraded from Pro on April 12, you received a $5.60 credit (invoice GUG2COEE-0003) which was applied to your account. Your current credit balance is $5.60. The net cost for your brief Pro usage was approximately $0.86, which reflects the prorated time you were on the plan.
