Postgres crash

My Postgres database (service: Postgres, on the fgsreportpack project) is stuck in a crash-recovery loop and won't accept connections. The volume is full (5GB plan). Logs show it repeatedly failing at the same point during WAL redo with FATAL: could not extend file "base/16384/[varies]": No space left on device, then restarting and hitting the same wall again — no progress across many restart cycles. My plan doesn't allow me to resize the volume further, and there are no available backups to restore from. I need emergency help freeing space or expanding storage so the database can complete recovery — this is a production outage.

I don't need to get more storage because i'm trying to truncate everything to be more storage efficient but now i'm stuck because i can't wipe the volume or clear a table.
